Zacharias Polonius has been working with CoffeeCow AB as manager on Roskilde festival in Denmark 30 June- 7 July 2013.
CoffeeCows task on Roskilde is to sell coffee to the camping site and to the festival area during the concerts.
The fashion in which we do this is to carry coffee on our backs – in order to come close to the audience and provide excellent coffee and service.
Zacharias Polonius was as a manager of the base in charge of a team of 25 people – brewers and sellers. Organizing the basecamp – keeping overview of the staff, equipment and supplies. Solving problems before the occur. Setting an example with good spririt with a motivating approach.
This work requires stamina, social skills, as well as planning, speed and problem solving skills.
Zacharias Polonius performed very well and kept the business running smoothly. I can warmly recommend Zacharias Polonius to other employers.
